Brunch Running is the most fun and most delicious running community around. Think of us like your favorite fitness studio having a baby with your go-to brunch spot. That’s bRUNch! It’s a little bougie, a lot gritty and extremely social.
bRUNch club is our weekly Sunday run club where we enjoy a fun run followed by brunch together. Join us on January 29 at Just BE Kitchen for a 5K or 10K run around the DTC.
Our January partner is Still I Run. Together we will help to break the stigma about mental health. Chances are that if you don’t have a mental illness, you know someone who does. It’s a disease that does not discriminate. It can affect anyone and it cannot be prevented. And yet - there is a ton of stigma around it.
Many of us runners have said that running is not only something we do for physical health but mental health as well. Your registration will help Still I Run to continue to provide programs that help to educate others about running for mental health, raise mental health awareness, provide encouragement to others and help people experiencing hardship get started in their running journey.
