This past fall was stacked like a mile of pancakes with races! As the temperatures drop, we thought it would be fun to drop a new challenge. Introducing Trot + Recover. This 8ish-week challenge is all about taking time for yourself and recharging before the new year. For the month of November we focus on adding in more rest days while still prepping for a Turkey Trot 5K on Thanksgiving!
These are the “rules!”
😴 Rest days can mean light activity or absolutely no forms of sweating at all. On the November calendar we offer up a few of our favorite ways to rest it up!
👟 Complete your 30 minutes means either a 30 minute run or walk for the day. This can be done inside or outside.
❌ When we say “no running,” we mean no running!
